Launch a strategic new product for homeowners in the Western United States online during a severe economic downturn in the building industry.

Our Solution

Pilcrow Partners worked with Andersen Windows and Doors’ advertising agency and Andersen’s internal Product Marketing, Online Marketing and IT groups to design and develop a Website to help homeowners understand a product traditionally marketed only to trade professionals. Our work included

  • Design of a new microsite to illustrate the product’s value proposition to targeted homeowners
  • Development of a geo-targeting plan to ensure site content was served to appropriate audiences
  • Planning for the integration of microsite content into the main Andersen Windows Website
  • Coordination of work being completed by outside vendors and internal marketing and IT groups

Results

Pilcrow Partners designed, built and delivered Andersen’s 100 Series microsite in under 4 weeks for less than half the cost quoted by our competitors for the project. The site met with internal praise and was well received by Andersen’s dealers, distributors and customers. (NOTE: As a privately-held company, Andersen does not release campaign performance results.)
